why buy a mac if your going to run windows programs? Never understood that..


Mac vs PC.. its like Toyata vs Lexus IMO... The toyata is a good car, but do you want to tell your friends you drive a Lexus... Both are good.

I don't have this program for my Mac, but I do know my husband uses some of this for home finances - we have both kinds at our house for that reason. So I've checked into it. I love my Mac and once tried going back to a pc and was very disappointed - it's worth the money.

I don't get viruses and I use windows although it is pretty easy to get one if you want to go clicking on **** links

Yep I use Open Office when I need Word, Excel, Power Point.

I just downloaded the Open Office. How do I open Excel files that I have on a thumb drive with Open Office so I can edit the document?

I'm using a Mac Pro.

Edit.....I just figured it out.
