Anniversary in Fredericksburg- What do do??

.......... well, other than the obvious, ..........what are some "must do's" in Fredericksburg? Wife and I are heading down this Friday to celebrate our 39th wedding anniversary and looking for things that we must do or see while there.
Any suggestions would be great and thanks in advance.

Go eat at the hotel /restaraunt at the west end of town, one of the best steaks I have ever eaten there.

Shops, war museums are all pretty good, road trip to Mason or Junstion or Kerrville, bat cave, etc. Several wineries around the area also if your into those places.

                    Happy anniversary to y'all.

My wife and I are going to be there Friday to eat lunch before heading into San Antonio for our 35th anniv. stay on the Riverwalk.

Visit the Pacific war museum. We found it interesting. We hiked up Enchanted Rock a couple of years ago in August. Was neat to go to the top. Check the Pioneer Museum website to see if anything is going on. Of course, shopping. Plenty of state parks in the area.

                    Have fun.

The Fredericksburg Brewery is worth a trip. Good food, great beer. Right on the main drag. The Pacific War Museum is really neat to see. Enchanted Rock is great for getting outside. You really can't go wrong!
