Airline liquid restriction???

We leave on June 3 to vegas for my bachelor party. My question is can I buy a bunch of the little 1 shot bottles of liquor and put it in a clear bag and go through security. Bc I read on the airline website it just says less than 3 oz and must be in a baggie. It doesn't say anywhere no alcohol. So I'm thinking we could just take our own on the plane rather than buy them on the plane for 8$ each. Anyone know??

Worse they can say is "no". I wouldn't think it would an issue with TSA, just the airline.

It is a short flight...you will be there in less than three hours. Wait until you get to Vegas, then drink like a fish when you get there.

Houston to Vegas is about 4 hours, not sure where he is leaving from. But that doesnt matter. Did yall read the line in the original post that said this trip is a BACHELOR PARTY???
