When to try using Doe in Heat

I hunt in northern throckmorton southern baylor counties. I know by looking at TPW website that the rut peaks around early to mid November. When would using Doe in heat be useful? I am trying to up the chances of getting a big deer beyond just hunting corn and food plots. Is it to early and if so will this spook the older deer?

Late October - Early November will be early enough to catch the first deer coming into estrus. I would not do it before the last week in October

You will scare some deer. Especially Does that don't want anything to do with a buck looking for that right now. So when to use it depends on how you want your hunt to turn out. If you dont mind Does blowing and running off just for a chance at a buck then use it but if you like to see all deer I would stay away from it as of yet and wait till later this month.

Thanks you all. I will hold off till next weekend and I might give it a try. I noticed opening morning. I had a 9 and a 10 go downwind of the feeder and check the air. they could have cared less about the corn. I will let you know how it works for me

                  Uvalde

Is it too early to use it in Uvalde County? I'll be hunting at a family members ranch next weekend......thought I would break out the Tinks for the first time this year and maybe end up with a nice LDP!

May be too early, but I'm gonna give it a try late next week anyway. If I can remember that long, I'll try and post its effect.

That why it called BUCK LURE!

come on guys when a doe deer pees in the woods does that scare away all the other deer? I guess not.

A doe pissing urine is not a bit different that placing some doe deer urine from a doe in the ground or in a scent bomb.

                      Think

Ok so in during this time of year would regular doe urine or doe in heat be better?
