Clay Hunt: Warrior and Humanitarian
I followed this warrior's exploits over the years through his best friend and fellow Marine Jake Wood's blog Jake's Life and then again when he and Jake felt called to do something after the devastating earthquake in Haiti when they, on their own and without any federal support, felt the need to do something to help and founded Team Rubicon. It's a shame that he couldn't shake whatever demons he had haunting him.
I think his friend Jake said it best when he wrote: "God must be in one hell of a fight because he keeps taking the best Marines.".
Rest easy Marine.
