    Wet then wear till dry, as stated above dry stretching does no good. Once they are dry use saddle soap to keep them soft. Mine were the same way till I did this.

      I have the same problem with mine. they fit great once I get my foot in them. stretching them will make them loose on your feet. I have high arches and it makes it hard for me to get my foot in them.....

                    i was having the same problem with mine when i first got em (september). I just wore them and wore them and wore them some more. Now they are actually a lil loose but are some of the most comfortable boots i own..... im actually wearing them now.....at the office. lol.

                    +1 to getting them wet and dont take em off.
