    Big mud trucks

Anyone know about big mud trucks? I found one I am buying and want to know where in TX that u can go and play. Also needs a front driveshaft and am wondering if I can't rotate the T case so it has less of an angle. Let me know if anyone out there knows about them. Below is a pic.

            Redneck,
Do u have 2.5 ton axles under yours? This truck has 1 ton axles and am wondering if u can put tractor tires on it? Do they make a wheel to fit one ton axles for tractor tires?

                        the dually has duece axles...

the blue chevy has 20 ton axles and tires under it. those axles and tires came off an escavator...

1 ton axles. you might be ok if you stay in the mudd, but thats allot of tire for a dana 60! the 14 bolt might be ok...

that truck probably has a big block. if I had to guess. its a k30 quad cab. I would assume is a 454...

do you know what gears they have in them. hopefully more than the stock 4.10's or 4.56's... thats allot of tire.

you could drop down to like 40" or 44" ground hawgs or tsl boggers and your axles would thank you! (and last longer)

In regards to your mechanical question. Call Bob at Critter Gitters 281-332-7911 in League City. He can tell you what and what not to do....if needed he can do the work also. He is a friend of mine and the best there is in the "big truck business". You may have seen his work on the internet (the BIG HUGE hunting machines called "crittergitters") If you have a dream/ideal he can build it!!!!!!!!!

                            Great truck beast!

IMO, muddfest used to be a fun place to go, but last time I was there I was just Rubens the wrong way. The guys that run it make a mint on it. When everyone in charge are all wastedface while people are trying to get their help, bad things happen. Not saying Ill never go again, just saying I will never go into the pits or buy a pit pass again. Not worth the $$ or the hassle.
