What's the best counties to hunt in TX?

Yep...way more deer and bigger deer in South Texas! I would choose any of those golden triangle counties over anywhere else. Spread the word! South Texas= HUGE bucks!!!

Yeah Grayson County is terrible hunting. No deer!!!

If you are a real bow hunter go to Grayson County, some freaking monsters in that county. Don't forget to put in for the draw at the Haggerman Refuge too. Remember to take your Bow safety course first before you register. Leases are pretty inexpensive as well. If you need help give Grayson a call I am sure he will be glad to help you find a lease.

apparently grayson county has some good deer. supposedly you can get a google image that shows the highest density of deer feeders surrounding the entire perimeter of some wildlife refuge in that area?

Panhandle is producing some ok bucks. I think there was a 196" typical taken somewhere up there....but not sure.

NO!!! There are only a few 115's roaming the panhandle. Head south- that's where it's at!! The panhandle is really the next east texas. No deer. And if you do see one it's miniature.
