Absoulutely one of the better bobcat mounts posted on here belonging to a TBHer.... Great hide too. The eyes have a good shape to them. The ears look good. The finish work ( painting and filling) around the eye is a lil rough, but better than the rest on here. The habitat is good. I hate that rock from Van Dykes though. Everyone uses it. You have a good bobcat mount there. Display it proudly....

IMO , you get what you pay for with bobcats (and ANY cat for that matter)

just google ... "bobcat taxidermy" and look at the images

I had a euro hog skull done on a table top pedistal and the cat done as a combo for $825. I think the Euro was supposed to be $150-$200. It took just under a year to get back.

This cat mount is good. Yesterday there was a cat that looked skinny and was cross eyes.

If I ever harvest another specimen worthy of getting mounted ( a well primed baileyi species). I would probably consider getting the work done. I have only seen a photo of one on any forum that I liked.

One of the better bobcat mounts I've seen on here. To have bobcats done right is not cheap! Those that go the cheap route are usually as surprised as the look on the mounts face when they get them back
