Getting on an Annual Lease

What is the process for getting on an annual deer/hog lease?

Does this become a topic of discussion here on TBH?

If so when should I keep my eye open for these topics?

What would be some resources to look at for a lease?

I know most everyone already has their lease going and are hunting it now. My season has ended here in Colorado so I would like to start looking for other hunting opportunuties.

These would all be good places to start. I have found that word of mouth is usually best though.
