Rogain?

Been gettin a little thin on top the last few years, and my wife has suggested trying Rogain. While it's really not an issue to me, I wouldn't mind keeping my hair either. When I saw the price of Rogain I walked farther down the isle and picked up a $5 bag of gilletts. Has anyone used it and did it work?

I became a licensed barber/instructor in 2000 and have studied on the subject a bit. My suggestion to you is use Rogaine shampoo and buy some monoxadil foam. You can buy the generic version as well. Yes it does work but only as long as you keep using it.

My brother has been using it religiously ever since he noticed his hair loss 10 years ago,and he has retained the same amount of hair since.Seems to have worked for him.

My wife works at one of those high dollar hair saloons (she gets $64 for a mens haircut ) and she says it works as long as you keep using it. I don't love my hair that much for the price though.

I used it for a few months maybe 10yrs ago and quickly decided "Screw this!"

Been cutting my own hair for probably 10yrs now...buzzz... Between not paying for Rogaine and all the money I've saved on haircuts...I oughta go buy myself a new bow!

Seriously, just playing the hand God dealt me hair wise has been very liberating. LOL

It will turn into big money spent just to keep a little hair. It really seems to stop you from loosing more than growing new hair. The less hair I have, the shorter I bzzz it.
