I boughtmy 1st pair on Superbowl weekend. I was actually trying on a 2nd pair today when I noticed that the sole was seperating from the boot at the heel on my 1st pair. I asked the salesman if that was common and he said he hadn't seen it before. I bought the 2nd pair and they gave me the # to AB in Mercedes.

Long story short, I gave them a call. They told me to ship the boots to them or take them back to the store where I got them and they would get me taken care of. No fuss, no accusing me of doing something wrong to them, no nothing. I am going to getthem to them tomorrow and will be really suprised if they give me a hard time about it.

On a side note, the new boots have an insole in them and the 1st didn't. What is up with that? Both pair are AB and not the Horse Powers.

I have 5 pairs and one has an insole and the other 4 dont. Have no idea why... I love me some AB's though!!

I have three pairs of AB's and am pretty dead set on only owning AB's for as long as I can, they are the most comfortable boot. On the boots being different, they could be different years, as two of my pairs have the holes to pull on the boot, plus the strap on the side, and one pair only has the strap, which I believe is maybe just a different year thing?

I was thinking that the horse powers had the holes but I could be wrong on that. I think I will have them put the insoles in when Isend them back. I thought they were really comfortable before slipping these on that had them.

That could be right, but I believe out of my three pairs only one had insoles as well.
