protien feeder dementions

ok .. our ag shop has buiilt a protien feeder. 3ft tall, 3 ft wide, and it has an angled 2 and half foot funnel on it.. i am really just wondering how much feed can acually fit in that whole cubic yard. i know its welll well over a thousand pounds of feed

The 4x4's I build hold better the 2k of protein.

55 gallon drum is roughly 7.3 cubic feet for 41 pounds per square foot based on 300 pounds. 41 x 27 = 1100 pounds if my math is right, excluding the funnel.

What sizes are you building and how much?

they are around 1650 pounds.. we sellem from 400 to 500 depending on how u want the funnels made.. the 1650"s are 3 by 3 with a 2 and half foot funnel and they are nice. made out of angle iron box with 14 gauge sheet metal... if anyone wants pics i will send them one off phone.. # is 281-622-0520
