anyone have any openings for a heavy diesel mechanic

Our contract is about to end with the company we work for, and our company only has an opening for one mechanic some where else. well due to i get paid less the manager of that contract choose me. So a really good mechanic and good friend will be out of work, and i was checking on here if anyone has any openings or leads that would help my friend to the front of the line at another place in the houston area. Thanks

We have a shop in Houston that is a licensed dealer and service repair shop for CAT, Cummins, John Deere, and maybe Volvo. We are in the marine industry and most of the work would be at the customer's vessel. Don't know whether we have any openings, but I can check if your friend has done work on those makes. All high speed work. We may have medium speed work with EMD in Lousiana if he's has the experience and is willing to relocate.
