this property.
I have been looking at a piece of property and talking with the young man (realtor) who owns it. He drove me around the place a few weeks ago and it looked pretty nice. I asked him if I could go back out there and actually walk the property by myself and put up a couple trail cameras to see what kind of wildlife are frequenting the place. He said he had no problem, in fact he would like to see the photos also, and asked me to just get in touch with him the day I plan to go out there.
Well, I was planning on going out there this afternoon and emailed, texted and left him messages to see if it was ok. After not hearing from him, I contacted his father (also a realtor) to make sure it was cool. He proceeded to tell me "that under no circumstances can I go out there, walk the property and put up trail cameras. He said "you have seen enough of the property and if you wanted to see any more of it, you need to write up a contract. He said "you will not find a better deal anywhere and write a contract if you're interested. I told him "fine, sell it to someone else" and ended the call.
Guess dad doesn't want son to sell his property.
Sorry, I'm not going to drop a couple hundred grand on a piece of property without walking it and verifying the type and abundance of wildlife on it.
