Have to put my dog down.

I guess we are going in tomorrow to put my dog down. He's a sheltie I've had since I was 11, separated from when I joined the military, and got him back from my parents last year. He's been getting bad lately, unable to control his bowels or bladder, his leg is "falling asleep" or something and he can barely walk, and today he's not even eating, and he love food. He usually asks for it every day, and today wouldn't eat. He's on the far end of sheltie life expectancy (10-14 years), so I don't think a trip to the vet will cure anything. He's not happy anymore, and I think it's time to let him go. I'll miss ya Victor

Victor is pretty much blind and can't hear also. Breaking my heart to see him stumbling around and falling. I'll sleep better knowing he's not suffering.

I feel your pain. I put Emmy down 2 weeks ago.
                They know when they're ready.
                Sorry!

The wife is taking it harder than I am, but I think it's gonna hit me harder when we take him in tomorrow. I've been going through the "can we get away with not doing it" for a while. Thanks for the prayers and support guys.
