We all know that there several federal agencies that track phone conversations, emails, smoke signals, and have insiders embedded with various unsavory groups.

CIA, FBI, Secret Service, NSA, NCIS, Law & Order SVU, CSI Miami, etc...

It seems that a revenge plot has been discovered, all hunters are advised to use extreme caution!!
Intelligence agencies have managed to infiltrate the group and have recently released a picture of their leader, who is an extremely shifty, dangerous looking individual.
