Well I just have to post this thread in response to service rendered. The Moultrie Company has again come through and has proven to be one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. I will always do business with this company and think they are one of the best. This company had repaired my I-40 about a year and a half ago. I sent it in again in December for issues, and they sent me a brand new I-90. I could not be more appreciative.

They do have good CS, unfortunately it's needed.

Glad it worked out for you. I sent two of my D-40s in because the flash did not work, they sent them back saying that they no longer have parts for them but would sell me new cameras. I am still using them, just don't know what it there at night. Bob

I had them send me a new set of displays for 2 cameras and installed them last year before season started I think in Sept. Anyway last time I was down there one was already showing signs of going out. I am going to have to replace them again. I like the cameras for a feeder setup and the pic quality is pretty good. The hassle of the displays is really a pain in the rear though. I may try to send them in and see if I can get them replaced as well.

Yea I did the same, sent my i-40 in for display problems and they sent me a brand new I-65 ,can"t be that. Their customer service is great . I will continue use Moultrie ,great pictures and great service.

When you have a sub par product that continually fails you better have great customer service to stay in business. I will continue to use the cameras I have as long as they keep sending me parts, but I won't be buying any new cameras from them ever again. I want a product that works, not one I have to have parts sent to me all time to fix.

By far my favorite cameras and CS I've used. As long as I've put electrical tape over the displays, no problems. They also take waaaaaay better pics than my Bushnell TC. I'll keep buying.

Exact same happened to me. At a later date, tried calling them about info on a feeder, was put on forever hold. I shot an email with looking for the info, they responded with " check our website". I replied " Your effort to answer my question and customer service shows me what kind of company you are, you have just lost another customer"

They sent me the Replacement LCD screen for my I-40. We put it in and placed it out to take pics. My partner- Is going out today to check the cameras. Hope it's working !

i sm very glad to here that you have had good things with them.. i triend out there cameras and a buddie of mine and both of ours never compared once to the cuddeback... the cuddeback imo is the best.. glad to here that though
