Hey, Dave. Long time no see.

We're trying a PI case this week. Death case. Poor fellow had to climb up on a scaffold and use a cheater pipe to open a hopper. Fell off and got caught in between a couple rails and died of "constricted asphyxiation". The other dude on the job RAN. No maintenance, no safety procedures, no supervisor, no nothing. I'm afraid the company's gonna get hit bad. Jury's still out as we speak.

Dang, Ricky T. Sounds like a great Plaintiff's case if the venue is right. I haven't heard all the evidence, but it sounds like the company should get hit--bad!
