I've never had any luck actually hunting with any of the lighted nocks. They work fine at the house in the back yard but when it comes down to actually needing it to function they never do!!! I've had it with them suckers. They are neat when they work but sure **** me off when they don't. I'll never buy another one. Have gone to making my own with clear nocks and the little red Thill lighted bobber bulbs that you can buy at Wal-Mart. At least if it fails its not a big loss.

had the exact same problem with the easton tracers. firenocks work great and you can replace the batteries once they run out.

this is a problem that many have with the tracers, i used to use them but ran into the same problems. i think sometimes the nock gets activated inside of the package and runs the battery down. i have had the best luck with Nockturnals.

The nockturnals have been working great for me in practice.

a buddy of mine used to own a archery shop, and he said that when they ship them in the boxes the magnet will activate the nocks in the package and by the time they get to the store they have lost their battery life

I got one of six to work very big pieces of junk

had bad luck with lumenocks . . . . worked most of the time but problems with batteries.

I use nockturnals and they are the stuff, work every single time and the battery lasts forever.

It took me awhile to figure them out, but once they are activated they are a cinch. Just make sure you deactivate them when your done.
