Everytime I go to my stand I grab a handful of rocks and lay in the floor....when it gets time to get out of the stand I will throw a few rocks at the feeder and that will usually run them away long enough for me to get out...IF they are does that is what I do...

IF they are bucks......i just set and wait them out.....

Get someone to pick you up in a vehicle if you can.

i usually carry something to throw too and exit the stand in ultra stealth mode and stay that way for a hundred yards or so. if others are hunting i sometimes text them to walk to my stand if they leave theirs early.

I also keep a few rocks on the floor of my tripod to throw and scare them away...don't want them seeing me get down from my tripod.

If there's deer at the feeder or in my chum, I wait until dark. A deer in the dark is not nearly as spooky. Once it's dark, I'll moo like a cow or howl like a coyote or hoot like an owl or gobble like a turkey. They'll move out. Soon as they're gone I get out. I don't worry about being stealthy because once I'm out of the blind, I don't care if they know I'm there. I walk out like a PETA tree lover and not a hunter. If I'm at my feeder, I may even mess around with the timer before I leave. They watch me do that all year. I also don't worry about being real stealthy with my zipper on my non DB blind. Once they leave, the zippers may keep them away long enough for me to get my stuff and leave.

Ricky is correct, get someone to pick you up if at all possible, by far the best.

I will bark like a dog. Loud. It seems to scare them more than a coyote howl and they will scatter like quail without even looking back.

Agree that getting someone to pick you up or at least drive by is the best.

Gee......I never had this problem. Deer were never around on my way out. After one morning hunt, I did climb out to find a tail running about 60 yards back through the thick. I am guessing that deer was bedded down.
