    Super Bowl pre game

Anyone see the segment during pre game where Jimmy Johnson, Jerry Jones, Troy Aikman, Moose Johnston, and Michael Irvin all sat down and discussed there greatrun during the early '90's?? They all agreed had Jimmy stuck around the would have won additional super bowls. Too bad Jerry and Jimmy couldn't get along back then as well as they do now!! We can only dream about what might have been!

Agreed. Never knew who was at fault with the egos they both have.

Well, free agency would have certainly taken it's toll, as it did. Iwill say that they would have won the one they narrowly missed in the middle giving them 4 in a row and 6 overall. Then there would have been no doubt that they were the greatest team of all time.

I missed that. Would have been cool to watch.

I know who is at fault and it should be obvious.

It is Jerry Jones all the way. When a coach comes in and takes a losing team over and then wins back to back Super Bowls in some of the most convincing fashion ever, you don't can him because he is getting more press than you are. Well here is a newsflash Jerry, the head coach is supposed to get more press than the owner. I don't care if Jimmy Johnson had the biggest ego in the NFL. He was paid to win and did so almost like no other coach has in history. Get rid of him when he is using the other teams in the NFL for toys?

          I don't think so.

Jones screwed up big time back then just like he has continued to do since.

They all agreed the would have won more superbowls? I guess that makes it so. Everyone knows the greatest team of all time. 1970's Steelers. No doubt.

Jerry pretty much agreed it was a mistake getting rid of Jimmy. He didn't outright say it but nearly did. And Hagen, Troy said it best,,,he said he didn't know hany many more SB they could have won, but did say they would have been very competive and very good for several more years and probably would have won another.

I seen the segment, it was very cool to see all of them sit down and talk about it. I agree with them if Jimmy would have stuck around there is no telling how many superbowls they could have won. I also thought it was cool whenever Troy called out Jerry about Jimmy not being in the Ring Of Honor. He said if we are good enough to be in it than Jimmy should be in it. AMEN
