I wimped out on ordering the p90x. So I figured I would start with p90 and then go to the x. I just hope I can do the p90

My wife and I completed p90x last spring. I need to go through it again. It is an extreme program. Alot harder than USAF basic training was 20 years ago, but well worth the effort.

I love P90X. Take your time...if you are worried about it, do half the 1st week and work your way up.... just keep at it!
