Flight Cancelled Club!!!

Well this is my first business trip that involved me flying some where and the flight was cancelled. I checked the flight before I left my hotel and everything was good. Get to the airport, about a 10min drive, and flight was cancelled. So now I'm stuck in the Arkansas airport waiting for another flight at 3:30. Hopefully that one doesn't get cancelled....So who else is a member of the Flight Cancelled Club?

I see you live in Katy also, my dad is waiting in the airport in Los Angelas for a flight to Houston and it doesn't look like he is going to make it today. good luck

If you are inside security walking away from the TSA go to the bar on the right. There is a very large, loud, funny bar tender. Sit at the bar and order up a drink and he will keep you entertained and well hydrated! He's a retired Army guy - I travel to Little Rock alot and spent a lot of time in there with delayed flights!

Yea, all Continental flights from here are cancelled. They have the small Express Jets. Southwest has 1 flight left that lands at 5:00 and I'm halfway expecting them to cancel that one as well but I'm gonna chance it anyways.

Yep, happened to me early Jan. Delayed on the hour from 1-550 even loaded a plane and then cancelled due to mechanical failure..

however while sitting there met the inventor of an amazing product, heard all about it, called my boss, set up a meeting at the ATA show in Indy and the rest is history!

My folks are stuck in Vegas, which isn't a bad place to be stuck in unless you have to be at work in the morning. Got a friend that is stuck in Tampa Bay also.

If your stuck in Little Rock go to Browns Country Cafe (think that's the correct name) only thing you will gain several lbs.!

I'm not, but I'm sure my dad will be, he's in Paris France right now, his flight home is scheduled for tomorrow, but the plane that is picking him up is supposed to leave out of Houston today at 3:30p.m. From what i've heard, Continental Airlines is shutting down operations here at 3:00p.m if not sooner.

yes sir that's correct. They told me they were shutting down for the next 48hours
