No. He's white. Great guy. He umpires 4 or 5 nights a week usually. He was hitting 'em 400'+ back when the only thing composite was the sketch of a criminal's face!

I do not recall seeing him. Havent seen many white umps, especially any fitting that description, and they have alot of new people now.
