Is it possible to fix this skull with another skull. What is in the picture is all that was salvageable. The rest was broken into really small pieces. I guess besides the obvious answers is there any way to fix this or does anyone know of anyone that can?

Wasn't easy. I drilled holes in the bases of the antlers and inserted two 3" coated deck screws in the holes. I then drilled larger corresponding holes in the european mount at the antler bases, filled with epoxy and the tied, anchored and set the horns to where they had a decent spread and looked good on the base and let it set for a couple of days. the european base had pretty deep impressions where the antlers set, so there was a lot of epoxy the hold the screws and antlers. I then used a 2 part expoxy or whatever the taxis use around here to "finish" off the part between the base and antlers to look like one continuous flow, painted and that was it. I used these as a fund raiser at our local RMEF banquet one year. The closest "guessed score" to the actaul score won the european mount. I had people tell me that they were worth $1500, but it raised 3 to 4 hundred bucks for our RMEF chapter. They looked good and were mounted solid on the european base.

Thanks for the tips. Much appreciated. I knew someone would ask. I stuck them up on a plant shelf that was about 10 feet off the ground. Just put them up there next to a log until I had time to hang them. They actually looked pretty good up there or so I thought with the other mounts. Guess they weren't up there that good as one morning I found the skull on the ground.
