but keep me in your thoughts.
Ever since my brain exploded, I've been having very frequent headaches. About 8 months ago, I saw a new neurologist that said he didn't think the headaches were related to the aneurism. He put me on a mild anti-depresant, that seemed to help with some of the morning headaches that I would wake up with; some lasting all day.
In the last couple months, I started having a new type of headache. It starts as a small spot of pain, about the size of a quarter, on the back of the left side of my neck, right below my skull. Most times, when the pain comes on, within 10 minutes it spreads into a headache on the left side of my head and more pain down my neck, into my left shoulder. Being stubborn, I put it off until I couldn't stand it and until Tina made me another appointment, with a spine specialist, to have it checked out. I've got bloodwork, xrays and another MRI scheduled for this evening. I've been poked and prodded so much in the last couple years that the acutal tests don't worry me, but getting this close to finding out what's causing the pain, is getting a bit un-nerving. The doctor thinks is a sprain, in my neck, but wouldn't make a call without the extra tests. Like always, I expect the worst and now it's really getting to me.
I don't think this warrants any prayers, but if you would, keep you fingers crossed for me, this afternoon. The network of support, this forum supplies, has been and always will be, amazing.
