Hog Man the Series.........???????

At the beginning of his show..He has a short clip of a hog charging him while he is firing a large caliber handgun at it........Has anyone had a hog do something like this??? I have shot many hogs and they run the other way..if they are able..........I figure he had dogs on this one and he got in the way.......

They will charge you... not every time but occasionally you get a mean one. I been clipped a couple of times when stalking and walk up on one.

Only time I have ever had one charge me is when I have a knife in my hand.

Oh..I've heard stories.....And I've killed hundreds of these things.....Had em run past me......Only one that ran at me came out of the fog one morning and when he saw me..he veered to the right......

Yeah.......When we trap them..they will run at u.......But if U open the gate..they are gone........

I just wonder if a lot of people say they were charged..but in reality..the pig just happened to run that direction..because of poor eyesight..etc......
I have not heard of a hog..unprovoked..goring someone.......Yes..if U get in a pen with one..or dogs have it bayed up..........The ranch I hunt on has hundreds shot and trapped every year........Never any hog charging or hurting someone stories.........A lot of these Trinity river hogs..where I hunt..have a lot of Russian blood in them.......I would think they would be more aggressive..especially the larger ones........They want to make it back to thick brush as fast as possible..........

My uncle lives out side of Tyler and his neighbor got charged by a lone boar when he was sitting on his 4 wheeler and the pig kept chasing him as he was driving away

I didn't live to be 60+ by waiting to see if a hog running at me is meaning to slash me or is just funning... but then I don't ask someone pointing a gun at me if they mean to shoot either…
