    Bowtech Assassin

I am about sold on the Assassin but really want some input of shop owners or shooters that have been able to handle and shoot it. True Speeds?

Very nice bow....gave one a sserious look when I bought my destroyer from Jerry at Rednek Booda Outdoors. A 29/60 model with a 385gr arrow was shooting 285 if I remember right. I chose the destroyer over it based on looks! Good luck and if you get it, it is a winner.

I have this bow, and although I don't know the actual fps, I will say it's a very nice bow. It is my first bow, but of the bows in my price range, this one felt the best to me. I did upgrade the rest to a drop away. Great bow for the money, and I'm very happy with mine.

I put mine through a chrono after I bought it... here is what I got
              66lbs @ 29"
Beaman ICS hunters 340 + 100gr FP. arrow weight 424gr
              287-288 fps

I have since dropped draw weight to 63lbs.. so I need to run the numbers again.. hope this helps

The ones I've sent out of the shop shooting a 380 grain arrow @ 28-70 have ranged from 299-303 fps.
Mine is 28-70 with a 400 grain arrow, 287 fps.
