I am looking for the phone number of the new Grogan's farm and ranch/feed store out on 67 across from Sam's Club.

There are in the old Double K building.

Anyone know this number or can get if they drive by the place sometime?

I'm out of Angelo for the next two months, but I thought it was also the "purina" store...I could be wrong but would see if anything else is listed at that address under "411"...sorry I can't help more than that right now.

KK went under but they have just reopened last week under a new name. Same owner I think.

They have the feed jet tailer to haul protein in and there prices are good.

This year they are going to be hauling and filling feeders for a yet to be determined price but it should go something like this:

$1.75 per loaded mile (one way) and about $5-10 per feeder.

Regular protein is $336 per ton at the moment. Not sure what % but probably 16-17%.

It will cost me an extra $60-80 per filling but I can't drive out there for that from Dallas in fuel cost. Also don't have to worry about clogged or broke down feed jet and also I can spend the time doing other things around the lease instead of filling big protein feeders.
