Long or short action?

Just bought a Remington 700 Sps tactical and I'm "trickin" it out. It is chambered in 308. I have looked everywhere to try to find out if this is a long or short action model.... Have found nada so far. Im assuming that it is long action, but wanting to know for sure. What say you green screen?

308 Winchester is a short action.

yep, SA as you will need misc. items to fit a short action (stock, 1 pc scope mount/rail, etc.... )

To clarify, the 308 is a short action round, and I believe that you can get this in a long action from Remington.
BUT, All SPS tachs are short action.
