    Instrumentation job hunting?

I currently am employed in an Engineering Firm and working in the Instrument/Electrical Dept. as a Drafter for the past three years. I have had my own jobs before and according to my boss I should have received pay raises and been promoted to a Jr. Designer by now. But due to the "economy" and other business things I have not. I love my job and the people that I work with but its time to try to make some more money. I am basically putting out some feelers right now for myself to see if anything comes up. I would not mind even changing it up a little and going out in the field as a Instrument Tech.

Worley Parsons, KBR, Jacobs, Mustang....just a few companies in the Houston area to look at...Not sure if they are hiring now, but I know they had ads in the Chronicle a couple months back. Good luck!
