I have long suspected that the guy who owns the cattle on our lease has been poaching on us. Im constantly finding evidence of this including a pic on one of our trail cams of some guy none of us recognize. Unfortunatle we have not had the pleasure of meeting him so I have no idea what he looks like. I guess I need to place some cameras in hidden places and padlock the blinds. Any other suggestions ?

Stands or blinds you can't lock up, put something on the seat or chair, or anything that would have to be moved in order for somebody to hunt it.
I would sometimes leave a stick stuck inbetween the expandable metal on my climber. No wind or rain would be able to move it. If it was moved or gone, then I knew somebody had used my climber. It's a start, but if you have some cameras, just place them looking at the stands. They may not even expect it, therefore, never even notice it.

Most importantly, find out if the land owner said he can hunt the land. Cameras don't matter if the owner has said he can hunt. If not, also try to change up when you go to the lease (i.e. if you only hunt Sat/Sun, try showing up on a Tuesday). Rotate with other guys on your lease just enough the cattle owner isn't sure when you will be hunting.

The cameras only help if he truly can't be hunting there. I would start with the landowner and be certain this guy is breaking the rules. As was said, talking to the guy might get you a long ways too.
