Anyone else go this weekend? We had eight people hunting and killed 31 Saturday morning. One of the best hunts this year. I shot my limit in about 30 minutes. 19 Wood Ducks, 7 Gadwall, 3 Green Wing Teal, and 2 Hooded Merganser.

we left toledo bend on wednesday and hunted 3 days in Oklahoma. 1st day we took a limit but it took us all day to do it. 2nd and 3rd days were rough. Lake Eufaula was pretty much froze and the river had rafts of ice floating down it. Lots of fun but not a lot of ducks. saturday morning we saw flights of up to about 150 mallards moving south ahead of the front.
On the upside-greenheads have been few and far between on Toledo for a the past few years and thats about all we saw in Oklahoma. good to see big ducks work.Comment
