    Roofer Needed

I have been building a 12 x 16 shed with a gambrel roof. I put the roof on and tar paper which from what I have been told needs to be pulled off due to the bubbles. I put the roof up on Friday and needed to get the paper up for the rain this weekend so to rushed it and didn't know what I was doing. Now I need to install the shingles, drip edge and ridge vent. I have never done shingles so I was wondering if anyone out there can help. I had a couple of roof companies come out and gave me some crazy pricing IMO for just labor. I have all the material just need someone to install them. I can help but just don't know where to start except at the bottom and work up. I do have a couple of things I can barter for the work since money is low right now. This that I have available is a PSE King Fisher with 3 or 4 arrows with a zebco reel set up or a Dell Latitude D620 (it does have a small red line on the screen but does affect the performance). I'm in Leander North of Austin. Here is the picture of the shed.

Thanks for any info or help,

    Jim

I think you can shingle over the bubbles and it will be fine.

Yes but it appears to be wet and I would let it dry.

I'm curious what kind of price you were quoted if you don't mind saying. I'd be surprised if you have two squares there. The pricing probably isn't worth it for someone to come in and charge normal per square price.

Bubbles are from weather change, don't worry about it. As long as you overlapped the tar paper so that water doesn't get in you should be ok.
