Ok I am looking into getting a pair of waders to use to stalk some fish with my bow.

Not wanting to break the bank here but would like a good pair of waders that I won't need to replace every other month.

DJ, when academy puts their boots on sale for 50% off, they usually do the waders too. I bought some nice camo Hodgkins waders a few years ago for a great price. They may have some left. Won't hurt to check!

Ive got some of the tan breathable magellans from academy and they have held up really well, from duck hunting to wading the bays. For the price they have been good to me.

Hard to beat hodgemans. IMO I would go with stocking foot waders and wear some old tennis shoes or wading boots. This way if you get into some soft mud the suction won't keep your feet from coming out of your boots as if you were wearing boot foot waders.

Simms are the best and i do have a pair but i also have a pair of cabela's neoprene 3mm just for duck hunting In because i get a little rougher duck hunting and don't want to mess up my Simms. I paid like $80 for them and have 2 seasons out of them so far.

The boots usually go on sale right before hunting season ends. I bought mine about 3 years ago and I believe they were under $100
