    Yeti Coolers

Are these things as good as they say and who has the best prices for one of these? Thanks. Mike

    Yes and nobody!
They're good but just as good as any igloo unless you need to keep ice for longer than a week.... IMO they're waaaaaay over priced!
I'll keep my igloo, it works fine for me and 5 days of ice is plenty for me without dropping a half grand on a cooler...

you might look at engel coolers, still high but you only have to sell your truck to buy one, not your house like with a yetti

I would say they are worth the price, however like stated above, I wouldn't buy one. The construction and R&D are worth the money, but I couldn't see anyone really needing one unless you are stuck on some safari hunt, or something similar, with limited access to ice. To own one would be pretty much for bragging rights cause' you rich beotch'!!

You can get 5-6 days of ice for 25 dollar ones.

My rich brother in law got one for Christmas and he got a free hat. That just sealed the deal right there. NOT. I will stick to my Igloo's. They work good enough.

My cousin is a dealer and I havent bought one from him because they are still overpriced even with the discount.

If somebody takes my Igloo out the back of the truck, I'm mad about em getting my beer! If I lost a $400 Yeti and my beer I'd go postal!!!

Plus after about 2 months all of mine smell like meat or fish...

Always had good luck with the igloo'. I keep mine out of the sun as much as possible and keep them covered with a furniture pad. Also, I use the little lid on the main lid to grab beer. No sense using the main lid and losing all the cold air out of it.
