Have bought 6 or 7 and am about to get a few more. By far my favorite knives. Hold a great edge, and look great at the same time. On top of that if you have any problems Frank will go above and beyond to take care of you

I sent Frank an email asking for one because I could not seem to get on one in the classifieds. He wrote me back and made one for me personally.
Now that was really cool!! I absolutely love my knife and it keeps an edge with no trouble!!
Where else can you get a beautiful custom knife for $100? Thats right, nowhere. Keep up the good work Frank.

Also I want to thank everyone who has responded to this thread for READING the thread and posts.... I truly wanted to hear opinions and I got them without this turning into any type of a bashing thread.
I will be keeping my eyes open for THE Stic knife that I want!

Mine is pretty tough to sharpen. Takes me about 15-20 minutes on my diamond lansky but stays sharper at least twice as long as my other knives like gerber and kershaw. To me it's about the feel and look of a hand made custom knife!
I highly recommend em! If it tells you anything, mine cost $100 and I wouldn't sell it for $300!

I'll get one some day.
I'm pretty sure people get wrapped up in the "wanting to buy one" frenzy when one is posted and then they realize they may not need it as badly as originally believed, so they sell them. It's easy to get caught up in the moment when he posts them.

I have two of them and they are both great knives. Mine are sharpened with cardboard wheels on a grinder. Both knives have been used to skin hogs and just needed a minor touch up afterwards.
I requested the horizontal sheath for mine so they stay out of the way when I sit. Love the sheaths, very functional and very good looking. My only complaint is if you get hot and sweaty the stain on the leather will bleed onto your pants.

Stic's knives are pretty easy to sharpen. Just hit it a few licks and it's done. It'll stay sharp enough to clean one entire deer, no problem.
I'm talking an entire deer too, not just gutting one

I Just sharpened a Stic knife with a warthog sharpener, Gutted skinned and quartered 3 deer without touching up the blade. I could probably get through another deer without a problem.
My STIC is a sawmill blade. Warthog sharpener puts an edge on it that is Effing scary sharp!
I would recommend a Stic knife to anyone and everyone. If you can get one. hehe
