    FoxPro Customer Service

I have a FX3 varmint caller and I'm having trouble with the remote so I sent Foxpro an E-Mail about it. In less than 1o minutes I had a reply of what to try and if I could not get it working to send it in and they would be happy to fix it. Now keep in mind this unit is three years old and well out of warranty so they are going above and beyond in my opinion. Alot of companies don't seem to believe in customer service anymore so when I find that does I will always let others know (I am in no way associated with FoxPro, just a happy customer).

I love it When companies honor customer service. Moultrie and PPE have done the same for me in the past. I'm looking at buying the new foxpro firestorm so this info.helps.my decision

Good to hear! I just bought a FoxPro Spitfire in the Bargain Cave at Cabela's . I know it is their low end call but the only thing I saw negaive on the review is this call is it is not real loud but it does have a speaker adapter. Does anyone know where I can get a speaker for this call?

The spitfire is plenty loud unless the wind is really blowing.

You might check on the warranty. I bought mine (FX3 &FX5) several years ago and they had a 7(seven) year warranty. I have only sent my FX3 in once for a short in the remote. The FX5 has a bad speaker now and it's going back soon. They have great CS and are more than willing to help anytime I have asked.

Sell your FX3 and use that same $200 to get ya a Fury. You can find a used Fury for around $450 or so check on predatormasters and FP website and if you need sounds I have the entire Foxpro library of sounds.
