    Nap hellrazor good or bad?

Just wanting to know if anyone out there has used these broadheads i started using them and have done me right .......but i hunt alot of day leases and meet lots of new hunters and not yet have i heard one say they use these broadheads are they bad!

The Montec G5 is basically the same broadhead and a little cheaper. I use them a lot but have noticed that the blood trails can sometimes be hard to see. I keep them sharp with a stone but for some reason they don't leave a great bloodtrail.

They rock, but I killed two deer this year with them and they failed to leave good blood trails. Both animals died within 100 yards with behind the shoulder lung shots. I have heard that they are in fact, too sharp, if that is even possible. I use them though.

Nap makes a good product in my opinion. I've killed with the hellrazors and thought they did fine. I shoot different broadheads all the time but always seem to come back to the steelforce phatheads...not to many guys I know shoot them. Thats actually one thing that always draws me to a product. I dont like having the most popular stuff, thats why I chose a Nap scizzor rest also. If you dont know anyone shooting the hellrazors then I say use them and talk them up like crazy and see how many people you can get to follow you!!! Good luck with them!!!

You cant go wrong with anything NAP makes... You need to sharpen them before useing them...I prefer the ThunderHead Edge

I have the Red Head Blackout 100 grain 3 blade fixed, went right through a 140# hog. No damage. I have switched to the NAP Hell Razor in 125 grain to get heavier in the front. Look at the package, NAP makes the Red Head, no doubt, but Red Head doesn't carry the 125 grain. I see nothing wrong with them.

Forgot the blood trail part. Double lung shot, left a blood trail from the start that Ray Charles could have found.

I use them. I shoot a light poundage bow and need a cut on contact head. They were recommended to me by a person I trust so I shot them. I have had nothing but pass throughs on my hogs and a fallow doe I shot.

I recently switched from a 100g Thunderhead to the 125g Hell Razor before my elk hunt.

Check out the thread from the hunt. You can see the damage in the pic.

I'd say they work after taking a 33yard shot on an elk and it ran less than 60 yards!

Of course, shot placement on any animal or broadhead use is crutial.

My dad and I booth shoot the hellrazors and love them. The thing I loved about them , at first, was the fact that I did not have to readjust any of my sights (out to 30yrds, darton 38-- @ 50lbs) , although I haven't had the chance to go out any further than that so that could change. I have killed a sow with them (she didn't go down right away, but that was the shooters fault). My father on the other hand and stuck two boars , heart shots, and both of them only went about ~60yrds before face planting (both were pretty big pigs). I've looked at other broadheads, but with how these have performed I can't really justify switching (if it ain't broke don't fix it).

                          just my .03

shot a doe with these and she ran about thirty yards with a great blood trail. I'm pretty happy with them so far.
