Propane Tank is at Zero!!!!

You ever happen to think that just maybe YOU are NOT their ONLY customer and they are making their way to yours as soon as they can? Why wait till it is cold out and the tank empty to call? Call them before you need it and you wont be so disappointed...also go get one or two of the oil filled radiator heaters for the bedroom and living room to help keep the chill off. I call my gas company when the tank gets to 30% leaving plenty of time.

Did you not read the very first post!!! Wife had called a little over 2 weeks ago. Tank was right at 20% then. Also, I've been dealing with this company since 1999. After a call in, they usually come in a couple of days, not weeks.
And did you read the other post where I stated the guy ACTUALLY ADMITTED to dropping the ball on the first call in!!!

Yall ought to lighten up, I was not jumping any ones case just recommending starting earlier and on the first post there was nothing said about 20% full at the time of calling them the first time.

And I imagine most of you have at one time or nother have not finished reading an entire thread before posting, I read about it all the time.

Glad it worked out for you. My supplier called me today wanting to deliver some gas if I was buying. I had checked mine last night and had 40% or 200 gallons. At 2.40 a gallon I told them to bring me a 100, I have run out too many times when I had a smaller tank.

Glad they admitted to their mistake and made it right. Not many places left that would do that.
