Welcome to the site. I would start with a shelf under the window, a couple of coat hooks and a real comfortable chair.

Paint it black above the windows and lighter below them. Makes a big difference seeing in the blind in low light.

A foot rest or two, hooks for hanging things on, shelf, a solar panel, small 12 volt batter for charging cell phone, running a light or a small automotive fan and the list goes on but you get the idea.

I had a box about 15 ft. In a tree,man who built it put a large funnel with a garden hose running thru the floor to bottom of tree..
Sure was convienent.

Carpet the floor and walls to make it more sound proof. Nothing louder than dropping a flashlight in your stand.

Adjustable shelves for shooting rest. This works great eespecially if you are hunting with kids.
