Been thinking about looking at some land in the old YO Ranch outside Kerrville/Mountain Home. Anyone here own land there or know someone who does who would give me the real skinny how things work out there? Thanks in advance. Happy New Year to everyone.

I saw that listing and another one with just land that had some clearing done on it. I think it was about 50 acres. I have some land outside Kerrville that I want to sell and buy something to hunt on.

I dont know I am seeking info. There is an old thread on hunting some of the small ranchettes.
