I've been trying to kill this cull buck all season long. He would never come in when I was on stand. Well he came in this AM with a bunch of does. I started to draw and all the does jumped at the movement. He looked at me and we had about a 10 second stare off at 12 yards while I was at half draw. He moved off to about 15 yards and stood broadside in a shooting lane. I settled the pin on him and let the Slick Trick go. I heard it go "THWACK", saw him kick and then run off. I listened as I heard him crashing through the brush then all was silent. I waited about 45 minutes, walked to the house and got a cup of coffee, and then went to look for him. I found the arrow but no blood. i walked to where I ast heard the crashing sound and found him stone dead. Needless to say I am pumped!
