Turkey Turkey and more Turkey !!

I have about 5 1gal bags of turkey left over.... Going to try my hand at turkey Jerky.... We waste so much food after the holidays... It just goes bad before we can eat it all. Hopefuly this will turn out nice... Doing it in the oven with my home brew of spices, just like I did my deer jerkey. It turned out awsome, hopeing it works out the same on the turkey...

you can also make a turkey chili and freeze it for later

add some noodles and vegetables when served and call it " chicken noodle soup" kids won't have a clue
