    TruGLo has a couple of rheostat sight lights to choose from so you don't have to put anyting on the light or pins, just dim the light to a low setting. I light mine just enough to see the pins and do quite a bit of night hunting.

        ended up changing the sight to a quick detach truglow micro brite with all 5 pins .10. i ended up shooting it through a chrono and had it shooting 318fps w/ my hunting setup. I ended up replacing the rubber band peep sight and brass-nock at the d-ring and gained 5fps. Now I'm at 323fps with a 378gr arrow and 28.5" draw.

          nice i got one of the last ones in complete hardwoods camo. im gettin well into the 300s with only 63 pounds n 28.5" draw. good luck hunting
