Looks photoshopped to me....but a dang good job of it! There are a few areas in the photo that dont look quite right.

there are a few things on the photo that look photshopped. There is some kind of outline below the deer's right side... between his base and browtine. outlining hte cab of the truck looks really fuzzy too, and in general there is just something that looks off about the photo. whoever got the photo "from a friend who knows the guy" said it was shot in a federal forest somewhere, and that the inside spread was 32". seems a little off, but who knows.

or.... maybe it's just pure jealousy

Not seeing the photoshop? Shadows line up, right ear details lower corner of truck bed & tail light, blood on tailgate. Looks like well cleaned and posed bow killed deer to me. Congrats to the hunter, Awesome Buck.....

what would be the point of photoshopping?

just for conversation? I see a shadow match, no defining pixelation, contiguous focus on the deer and the hunter.....if it is shopped, it's really good.

I say it's real, just slightly skewed perspective -- something lots of people do with fish, deer, etc.

I heard it was killed by a lawyer from up around Tyler, on a high fence ranch somewhere near Crockett.
