Prayers please for Dad

My Dad(Robert J Hand) is 91 and currently at home, after a month in hospital and rehab. He is tired and yesterday, received last rites. He grew up with 5 brothers on the gulf and they had a blast hunting and fishing. He is the oldest, the brothers that are left, and they look up to him. He met Mom in England after getting shot in Normandy. She was a nurse, stationed there. Anyways, my brothers and sisters are holding on. Tough time right now. Any and all prayers would be much appreciated.
