I have both a thumb and an index finger release, and while I can usually get a good surprise back tension release with the thumb release, it is very hard to get it with the index trigger release. I have tried many things. I have shortened my release as short as it'll go, and I have experimented with how tight the wrist strap is, and trigger travel. Am I supposed to have a relaxed hand or a tensed hand? Please if you have any answers or any tips please tell me! Thank you!
