Picture Uploading help

Ok, I have posted lots of pics on here and know how to resize them like I did the current pic i'm trying to post. But now I'm getting this message "Your file of 872.4 KB bytes exceeds the forum's limit of 195.3 KB for this filetype."

what do I do?

I figured it out. I had to save it as a JPEG
